Bringing 20+ years of corporate executive leadership & direct industry expertise, I have a track-record for delivering industry leading results for positively transforming employee engagement, customer sales & service experience, & profitability/P&L KPI’s.
Since 2020, I've been fortunate to a build a lean (but mighty!) team and we are trusted advisors to both established & emerging companies. We have built an exceptional reputation for 2 things:
- prioritizing & committing to an intentional ‘People 1st” approach that enhances both team member & customer loyalty
- leveraging analytics/trends to ensure business decisions are both strategic & data-driven

Our History
After 17 years with AT&T (where my last role was leading 250+ retail locations across 5 states with a team of 650+), I joined LivWell as their VP of Retail where I helped scale their distribution from 15 to 22 stores, elevated their talent management initiatives (reducing attrition & increasing customer loyalty), and implemented data-based modeling to enhance productivity & effectiveness!
In 2020, I identified a need to enhance Talent Management initiatives across the industry and took that opportunity to combine my professional expertise with my personal passion to make an impact to operators across the country!
